Now, this property should also grab the attention of the investment market as there is a fair amount of cosmetic work to be completed and could then be re-sold as refurbished or alternatively, kept and let out (providing the tenant is over 60. This should not be difficult to achieve – there is a profit margin in completing the refurbishment and the apartment is ideal for the energetic over 60’s. The is on-site parking which is ample but there is also the potential of dropping the kerb and providing on street parking directly in front of the property. The apartment is double glazed but would benefit from a little tlc by redecoration. At such a rare low asking price, I believe this property is a real find in such a high price market.
