AGENTS OPINION:
This property will make an excellent first time buy or investment. Surrounded by rolling countryside in a semi rural community, I can really see coming home to this apartment after a long hard day at the office. The location is peaceful but under no means isolated. High Wycombe and Stokenchurch are 7 minutes away by car in opposite direction and as such, if London commuting is a requirement, access to junctions 4 or 5 of the M40 is easy. Going through the back of the village, Lane End is only minutes away by car where you can pick up groceries, go to the post office etc.. Piddington DOES have it’s own village pub – The Dashwood Arms for that sense of community. The property itself needs little explanation – the current vendors bought it in 2001 and have replaced near on every inch of it. The carpets and oak wooden laminate flooring are new as is the new kitchen which sounds smaller than it is when you view it. Because the vendors are emigrating to Spain, and if the level of your offer is right, they will even throw in the appliances which are under 2 years old. A cracking flat, with no chain. I hold the keys.
