Why pay an estate agent to sell your home when they only do half a job?  The difficulty with owners showing prospective clients around their home is that they do it "blind". You have no idea what their requirements are and usually, what a client registers for and what they end up buying are significantly different.  We know what their needs are and can offer reasonable comprises whilst on the viewing.  The owner of the property cannot do this.

Considering that most people will discount viewing a property on a set of sales particulars, we have done everything that the general public wanted to see on our details.  We don't market all properties the same - we don't use a standard estate agency package.  ALL of our particulars are created in Word format, allowing us to make each property individual and stand out.

Vendors Direct are the ONLY agents who make full use of this.  Each of our properties feature an Agents Opinion paragraph which sells the property at it's most honest level.  We highlight the potential in this paragraph and deal with any negatives that the property may have to reduce the number of "No Show" appointments.  The public like it and it sells houses.

Other agents advertise on rota becasue they have so many houses on their books - Is rota advertising really giving your property full exposure to the market?

Not only do we stay open this late in the week, we are also open all weekend too.  How many prospective viewings are you losing because your agent is closed?  With so many buyers moving in from London, there is no way that they can get to High Wycombe for a 5.30 - 6pm viewing.  With Vendors Direct, they can view til 8pm.
